Simon Vanstone PhD

Since joining Cambridge Healthcare Research, Simon has worked on a variety of projects including monitoring, deep-dives and covering scientific landscape. He has primarily worked in CNS, rare diseases and haematology as well as a large deep dive on the US hospital landscape. He regularly attends scientific conferences across North America and Europe, with one highlight being a most enjoyable conference in Hawaii!
Simon holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Bath, where he also completed his undergraduate. In addition to his academic studies, he was heavily involved in student sport, playing for, coaching and managing the American Football team. After finishing his academics, Simon worked as a full-time college American Football coach for a season in Wisconsin, USA.
Outside of work Simon likes to read, cook, play rugby, and continue to coach.
